    Mexican killed my car

    Keep the wave alive people

Every vette i pass i exchange waves with C5's, C4's, C3's, but for the first time i didn't get a wave from a vette driver.......it was a guy in a brand new blue C6 in arkansas last week. I guess he hadn't learned yet. Got to keep those comin'

    My life is a
    Ben Stiller movie.

in a related story, do you know how many jerk-off F-bodders i've passed, waved to and felt embarassed by b/c they have no freaking clue that they're driving the same car I am? v6, v8, camaro, firebird...they are all CLUELESS!!! I mean, i know it's a bit more obvious in a vette, but c'mon people! [/rant]

Funny, when I bought my vet one of the last things I was told as I headed out was the "proper" way to respond when another vet comes your way...DO THE WAVE !!!

One of the first things I learned with my old 89 Vette was the wave. It should be inclued in the owner's manual.

But I noticed that F-Body owners don't wave.

I agree with all menitioned. When I had my 2001 Trans Am all you ever got were looks of "you wanna race?" Now that I have a C5 Vette I get the Wave from other vette owners and a determined look of the new Mustang owners riding my tail like they want to race. Most the time I will not even waste my gas on them but once in a while I have to put a few in there place - in the rear view mirror.

Every now and then, you've got to put a Mustank in its place. Stank belongs behind you.
