I'm joining the Corvette ranks!
Hey vette guys, you'll be seeing me a bit more on this side of the board come Saturday... I'm going to pick up my first Corvette! It is used but I'm getting a great deal on it. Sale is pending on me seeing it.
2007 Black on Black 3LT
-A6
-Magnetic Ride Control with Drilled Rotors
-Chrome Wheels
-Navigation
-Rear Mount 6 Disc Changer
-Dual Roof Package
It's perfect for me because I don't really want the stiffer ride with the Z51 package, and I'm going to be driving it alot so I'm sticking with an automatic, but I can still get the benefit of 6th gear on the highway! I'm so pumped! The only things I may change from stock is the air intake, Corsa Sport Exhaust, and tint the rear window. I cannot believe I'm going to be a Corvette owner!

Bowling Green Metallic- 2000, Corvette
Very nice ride. Sounds like you got most every option!!
You should pop over to the Corvette Forum as they have a lot more traffic in there for vettes than they do here.

No, turns out it was a GM Buyback... He just neglected to tell me until I was ready to make the trip. It does explain the great price though!

what is gm buyback?

That's when GM or any car manufacturer for that matter, is forced to buy a car back from its owner; basically a lemon
A few things have to happen; normally the car will have a defect from factory that the dealer has not been able to fix. After all the options have been exhausted in ridding the car of the problem, then GM is forced to buy the car back...

I would imagine they would have to fix it. Othewise you would end up lemon-lawing it again. (I don't know this, but it just seems right)
You could probably ask what the problems were and request a copy of the service records.
