!!HELP!! C6 Corvette Jacking points !!HELP!!
Hey, I have a C6 Vette in my shop and I am doing exhaust on it! I need to know where to put the arms for the lift to raise the car! Any help would be appreciated!
Alright, I know where to lift it now but,
Do I have to use the special polyurethane lift pads or can I just use the rugular pads and lift on the lift points?Last edited by 9t8z28; 04-24-2007 at 05:48 AM.

There are special jack "pucks" to fit in the holes at those 4 jack points. I have the pucks, but still jack mine from the ground without them. You just have to make sure your pads on the arms of the lift fit in the jack points without touching any of the body. Any weight put on it outside that jack point WILL crack the body very easy.
You also need low profile arms on the lift. 5" or less, otherwise you will have to jack the car up in the rear first to set it back down on the lift arms. Good luck with it.
