differential help...

I Am Wanting To Change My Differential From A 2.73 To A 3.90. I Can't Seem To Find Anyone Here In Southren Florida To Change It For Me. Does Anyone Know Of Anyone Down Here That Could Help Me? Or How Hard Is It To Do Yourself? Any Advice Will Be Helpful.

I am having the same problem here in Oklahoma. Noone wants to change out the diff. in my C5 without charging an arm and a leg. The cheapest I've found is $390. I'm sure you could take it all apart and do it yourself but you have to set the backlash. That's my problem. If you dont get it right it will whine bad. Also since you have 2.73's I have heard you have to have a spacing kit.
