    Cam help!

    I bought a cam from a guy on corvette forum and he told me it was a comp cam. I recieved it today and called comp and they tell me it is not one of theres, can anyone tell me how to find out the maker of the cam or where to start looking? There are some #'s on the end of the cam but when I try to run them nothing comes up! they are( oc-1591-14) ( 11-07) (27144)
    (113148) (315601) and on the gernal of the cam (37-274) (123387)
    PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME !!

    I couldn't find anything with those numbers, but if you or someone has a block to stick it in, a dial indicator, & a degree wheel, you can figure out what it is. Maybe take it to an engine builder...
