C6 ZO6 Brake upgrade on a C5?

okay I know its been done. I also know its is realatively easy, with of course the right rims size and back space. So this leads me to a number of questions before I go drop 1700$ on the kit. First off are my rims, just bought them on ebay not too long back.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=180155261737 . I do not know if the are some factory upgrade or aftermarket so I'am hoping one of you may know. I was also wondering how exactly to measure backspace becuase I don't know if what it says in the auction is true or not. Then of course I need to know what back space is needed for the new calipers.

I have C6 Z06 brakes on my C5 but I have HRE's that were manufactured for big brakes. There is no way to tell for sure by looking at the picture on E-Bay. I could be mistaken but my guess would be that the brakes won't fit because there doesn't appear to be enough offset.

what is the needed offset? and if I would not have it, its easily corrected by wheel spacers yes?
