99 vette whats it worth

my friend has a 99 vette nice after market wheels, 80k mi white ext. blk int the car is not perfect but good with that kind of milelage and auto trans. he told me 14k takes it so what do you guys think. oh and what intake do they have ls1 or ls6? thanks

14 sounds really low, but as long as you trust your friend and know the car is solid buy it!! 14k is a steal. Most with 120k+ go or high teens. And a '99 would have a LS1 intake.

auto ok miles. but not zo6 or annv.
just an average vette.

this guy used to be my boss i have known him for yrs and he even let me pick the wheels for it a couple of yrs ago so yea i trust him. the car is still completely stock and it does not have the hud. i read one of the other post that 99's were a stripper model is that true i dont see how or what they mean by that. also what intake did the 99's come with? thanks for all of your replys..

that car is prolly worth $17k on todays market... so its a good enought deal that if you want it i say go for it...
