WTF is this guy talking about?

On another forum some dude is ranting on about some mod to the z06 to get him 50 hp. Can anyone make sense of this?

know ow to give a z06 50 more hp in 3 minuts and wont void warrenty

you wonder how i can?? i pick up vet parts in pontiac, $100,000 a pallet, i get 7 of them, the guythe guy took me in his shop and showed me what to do.
its a vacuum line under the throttle body, pull the hose and plug only the hose, leave steel tube open.
I mentioned the coolant line under the TB

I never said coolant said vacuum, i told you i pick up vett parts, if the line is coolant then the motor is cooked since it goes into the intake, i said vacuum line its the size of a map sensor line sooooooo dont pull the wrong line.
so YOU got one,??? its a pressure bleedoff but hey you must know it all since you have one or even seen it off the motor in your hands, ill leave it at that,
its a VACUUM not fricken oil or coolant, ill take it some place that dont argue what they dont know and would like to test it.

Reading some of that scheisse hurt my eyes. Spelling is scheisse, spacing is scheisse, the person claiming he got the 50HP increase is a total scheissekopf.

If he is talking about a Z06, then he is talking about an LS6. The "Vacuum" line under the TB is the PCV hose

Come on, he is a smart cookie and knows things GM engineers don't. All you have to do is disconnect a vacuum line and "boom! 50 extra HP!"

Wish I could do that to my car LOL.

    his response today...

i posted that pic saying what is there
see the little plastic tube that runs under the throttle, not the big fricken coolant lines or oil or what ever the plastic map sensor type lines. that is the one, plug the hose leave the tube open but plug the little plastic line

Sounds like he is trying to say give your car a big vacuum leak and make it run lean. Thats the asshat you buy a car from and when you work on it you are like wtf?

What a goofball. The PCV hose is rubber and the "tube" is metal. There isn't any plastic down there.
