Run the gas out. Then add StaBil to the tank at the gas station when you buy fresh gas.
Change the oil/filter to get condensation/unburned fuel and other combustion by-products out
Wash/dry the car and Zaino/wax. Vacuum the interior and lay out some desiccant bags to absorb moisture. You should try to put it on jackstands to get the tires off the ground.
Get a battery minder or battery tender to keep the battery charged
Cover the car with a high quality cover
Insert rags and or cover the tailpipes to keep moisture/critters from getting in - same with the intake
You could also pull the plugs and squirt a little oil in the cylinders - but that could be overkill
You should probably flush/fill the radiator too.
