    windshield wiper problem

Ok..i just bought my 98 T/A (my first one) about a month ago. When i bought it the wipers were straight up and down and they told me they were messed up and said it was the timing module. i thought no biggy i can just take the fuse out rain x the windshield and push them to the bottom and when i need them put the fuse back it. what they are doing is when you turn them off, they go down like they are suppose to, then go back up and stay there. when they are on delay they do like they are suppose to and stop at the bottom when they pause. it's just when you turn them off that they go back up. i was just going to leave the fuse out but it's a pain to stop and put the fuse back in when i do need the wipers and if it's an easy fix i'll just go ahead and fix it. my mechanic said he had no idea that he'd never seen them do that before. anyone got any ideas? i dont think it's the motor but i guess it could be?

The part you want it called the wiper motor cover or wiper motor cover module. But I would suggest you just get a wiper motor with the cover already installed. That way it you'd be 100% certain to fix your problem.
