Windows / Electical issue

I have 01 Camaro SS. Intermittedly - the windows stop working and then will start again with no plausible reason. Also, my horn sounds periodlically - as in car is parked in garage and two beeps - nothing in garage to touch car so it shouldn't be giving off the proximity alert.. I am not sure if these issues are related or not. Windows - sometimes seems like there is no power to them. I have checked fuses - have replaced the motor in driver's side - have looked into door panel.....can't seem to figure out why this is ocurring. It is happening more frequently now too. My battery tests ok as does my alternator. Although my volt drops to 12 & 13 when everything (a/c, sterio, lights) in use.
Any ideas on what to look for or why this is happening?

BCM , look around lots of issues traced back to bad solder joints in the module itself.

Yes BCM or (body control module), if not corrected this issue will begin to effect other systems.. Such as radio, windows, power door locks, and wipers, eventually wiping out the wiper gearbox if not corrected.. The BCM is located up under the passenger side of your dash board inside a small removable black box.. Very common problem and an easy fix..

Carefully remove the curcuit board from the black box and resolder here:

thx man i just did this to my car and it seems its working fine now i was having the same problem but my radio was also turning of when i hit the window switch hope this fixed the problem and agin thx Smittro, 89RS&98Z28
