    Window off track

    Hey all,
my window motor is fine, but im having trouble identifying the part that i need to fix the window and keep it from falling off track.

i know there is a steel peice that goes across the door panel that has a plastic peice on it *this is the top of the door im talking about* that guides the window....does anyone know the proper name for this part?

i have a friend that has a door and we're trying to get the part off the door for me, but im having trouble explaining to him what exactly i need. any help woud be great thanks.
