window motor help

i need to replace both motors in my windows, i always thought it would be expensive but i found two motors for 40$, is that all i need or do i need some stuff i dont know about? please help.

thanks alot, after i get the motors ill let you how it went, thank you again. that kit wont work, motors are completely dead, lol no movement at all.

Ummmmm....It'll keep the new one on the passenger side from going south on ya.....It's a known weak spot because of the wiring. Long run makes the passenger side motor run hot & that kills the motor.
