Will my valves get pissed off

Well I am waiting on headers and new exhaust, and right now I am running stock manifolds and cats, but removed my catback. So if I was running around will this hurt a valve or any other Ill effect. Just finish the 9 inch and want to break it in but don't want to hurt anything motor wise
