wich cold air is best?

i need to do some upgrades asap but i dont believe manufacture hp claims. can any one tell me wich ram air or cold air intake is the best for a 2000 ss camaro?

I have the slp cold air / ram air and i works good with sealing out all hot air , also there is a extension for the cold air to bring it the rest the way under the air dam. IF you dont have a air box lid then invest in one it helps , dont get slp air box lid , they are to soft and flexable. i have gms lid and it is strong and does not rub against my hood.

i have the ss car so it came with the air lid already but i heard it restrictive and should i jsut put the cold air kit on and where do i get the extension havent seen one around, also are the open twin filter ones bad for sucking hot air
