Where to get remote key fobs
Whats the best place for cheapest key fobs for my 98 TA? My original bit the dust and I have smoothlocks and I dont lock my car now because of it...
I would like two of them. In decent shape for under 25 bucks a piece of possible. They are pretty cheap on ebay but I would rather buy from a sponsor etc...

At the dealer, mine cost $75, then $45 to program the damn thing. It was expensive, but I had no where else to go.

Sebring Silver Metalic- 2002 Camaro Z28
lol..google it. It is very easy to program your f-body key fobs. No tricks, weird stuff or anything.
i bought mine from ebay, one for my z28 and one for my wife's Sebring. The Sebring sucked for reprogram. I had to lay upside down in the diver's seat and press buttons and weird stuff. The z28 is way simpler and extremely easy, like 5 minutes.
any one that sells the key fobs should provide instructions, most likely pulled from a google search.
if you go the ebay route you most likely will find cheap key fobs, because they are used. Mine were used but in like new condition, and definitely way less than a stearlership.
if you buy from the dealer, don't get sucked into that "only we can program it" BS. That is totally bogus and there are zero tools needed.

Here is one for $40 on ebay. Programing instructions included. I have seen them cheaper. But, for a 98 TA, this came up.
