Where does this hose go?

Hi guys:

My car went to a mechanic to do some stuff, the heads were replaced and the 383 is now installed. After that I took some time to check the install out and I found a hose that goes nowhere Do you know where it has to be connected?

Also there is a little hose that has to to be connected to the elbow which goes to the blower. My mechanic tapped it with a screw Is it right?

Guys, help me out please...

By the way, there are two connections lost, one that has to enter in to the elbow of the supercharger and the other, the black hose that runs in the left side of the engine and i showed in my pics.
