fyi... a firebird has a v6. you want a firebird formula, a trans am, or a camaro z28.

and again, a trans am ws6 and a camaro SS are the same thing, just a slightly different look and about 10 more hp.

and about the mods, if ur gonna drag race, a stall is one of the best mods for u. also the tires...

if u arent going to go to a track yet, just get the simple stuff: air lid, new gears.

my uncles brother owns a dealership and my his brother knows a few places to get cars , so i could probly get a discount

so ill ask him some prices on
    -Firebird Formula
    -trans am
or a camaro z28( newer ones or older cuz the old ones were really expensive)

yea well ur gonna want an ls1, so 98+ is ideal.
although, despite what everyone says, lt1's are great motors. so u could go 93+.

OR, if u like lt1's, u can get a c4 corvette for pretty cheap

    05 Wrangler
    00 Z28 sold :-(

If you look hard enough you can get a high mileage Z or T/A for the 6-7k that you have...they'll probably be in the 98-99 years. The LT1 is also a great engine and is in your price range a little more...the 97's have the same interior as the LS1's too.

than what? c4 corvettes? or trans ams?

here, idk if this is the question ur asking but this should help: (considering 1998-2002)

    camaro v6 = firebird
camaro z28 = trans am/firebird formula (trans am and formulas are the same thing, just different looks basically)
camaro ss = trans am ws6

no performance differences whatsoever in the compared cars

No...unless you're talking about a stripper Z(no options) then yes...but the same can be said for a formula.

hmm... be careful in parking lots and heavy traffic situations while learning manual. just try to avoid them until your comfortable. it only took me driving my gfs car about 8 times to be very comfortable and trust myself
although, i have a history with dirtbikes so im used to the clutch-shift thing.

umm... about the two cars, whichever u like man. both sound like great deals
