    what type of spark plugs do you use??

    I am putting in some lt's wed. and figured i might as well change plugs while i am their. What is a good plug to run in these cars? I have an 01 Z28. Thanks for your help.

    I use NGK TR55's.

    But what gapping is optimal?

    NGK's in my Z. Love em.

    I left the "stock" gap on them.

    NGK tr55IX...their kinda expensive but haven't had any probs with'em...and their supposed to last a long time

    Yup.

    I swap them out every 10,000 miles or so. They don't last the longest, but they work well in our cars.
