what size windshield wipers for 99 TA?

I believe the 99 TA uses 24" wipers.

I have observed the top of the driver windshield wiper extend about 3"s past the A pillar is this normale?

Mine uses 2 24" and i don't believe they extend past the windshield, i could be wrong though.
Could be a adjustment in the wipers, when they are off do they go all the way down?

I have 24" on both driver &pass . when the wiper is on it's fastest speed the top of the drivers side extends about 3"s past the A pillar, try it on you'rs.

yes when they are off do they do go all the way down.

edit I have scrub marks on the windshield, saw a video on the net Guy used a polishing compound to remove marks, curious if this was like a turtle wax like paint polisher?
