Royal is crap??? Dont know bout that. many racers i know use it. Guy i know who builds 9 second and faster cars has found that cars that use that oil have less wear on them. Just interested in where you got this info.

to each his own i guess.....I dont base good oil on whether or not some tv show promotes it or not.....Perfect example is carol shelby and Z-Max........on that COMMERCIAL, he guarantees it and says he puts it in all his cars......but now we all know about the lawsuit and that Z-Max is crap in a bottle....Commercials and tv shows dont mean squat because all it is is someone getting paid to say something......I base my decisions on actual INDEPENDENT testing/analysis and the discussion/opinions of those who know there stuff.

Inadequate Demonstration
Just know that in this video:
Royal Purple is using a bench tester that is a non-approved testing method by American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).

Custom Swirly Black- 2001 WS6 M6
I've used mobil 1 full syn for years, on 4 different vehicles, from 2.4l's to 5.7l's. Holds up very well, only takes a crank or 2 to turn the motor over. I haven't heard any news about it being bad, but I'm sure if you read into it enough, you can find someone who has had a bad experience with every product out there. I also don't drive every where with the gas pedal pushed through the floor board and don't have an annual pass to the track.

If you carefully read what i wrote i never said "everybody" uses it or that "it is the best." Just didn't agree w/ the crap statement that's all.
