What intake manifold to run

I have a ws6 ls1 that's built heads cam bottom end and had a ls6 intake but it broke when I was spraying what intake should I replace wit some people say fast intakes are not worth the money ? And bbk and others please give me your idea thanks

i run a fast 102 intake and i love it have had no problems

a fast is definitely worth it, but if you broke your ls6 i'd be weary of running one. you can get burst panels in case but i've seen instances where they have failed to prevent damage to the intake. id personally find a bbk or similar to be on the safe side

The BBK will work great for a burst plate need but trust me, I have one, it will get pretty heat soaked. But when using nitrous it really doesnt matter as much since the spray is so cold coming out. It will hurt your N/A numbers a little though. If you are in the market for one I may be in the market to sell mine.

The fast will break just like the LS6, theyre basically made of the same soft material and if i remember correctly the FAST is a 3 piece manifold. If you plan on spraying get a metal manifold like the BBK (plus it looks good). I wouldnt be too worried about the heat soak it shouldnt be any difference in performance.

FAST LSXR 102mm here. I love it. As a matter of fact, I rub things on it at night when nobody is looking!!
