Have you tried fuel injector cleaner? What octane are you running? I am asking as I assumed you checked fuel pressure.

45-55 PSI across the board... 93+ only... Pulling any fuel injector wire, DOES NOT make the stutter worse....

OK. Now I am thinking this issue is heat related. Have you checked all connections under the hood for any broken/exposed wiring?

Man........... i remember what its like having an lt1....... i feel for ya F.R.E.

When i was chasing down problem that i was having with my lt1 i saw/read A LOT of threads where people have had a brand new o2 sensor be faulty. maybe try replacing them again with some from the same store but different location. also, since cammed goat brought it up, it made me think, i remember something about a lot of ICM's (on the lt1's) starting to foul up once they got hot. if i remember correctly they are on the block or head where they get a lot of heat exposure. there is a mod people do to give the ICM some space inbetween the block and itself. dont know if that'll help any and sorry if im blabbing about something your aware of. im kind of a rookie, just offering what i can.

Hey thanks for the input.... The problem with most smart people is: they are to stupid to listen to anyone else.....

I will try replacing the o2's and the ICM again, then see where we stand. I will also look into the ICM mod.

The night time check for spark arcing is a great idea. I have used it to diagnose problems on several cars through the years. Not sure what is going on with MSD, but both I and a couple of friends have had issues with their products recently.

Then the final test is...to see how quickly that car can pin you back into the seat.
