what is difference between 98-99 T/A and 00 T/A?
l know 01-02s has ls6 intake.. but what is different between those?

Not much.
If you plan on modding, nothing really significant.
The cam in the 98-00 was a slightly more aggressive cam. But just barely. Not enough to make much difference.
The wheels changed on the WS.6.2008 Trailblazer SS
Yank PTB3600, Kooks 1 7/8" LT's, 4" intake, E-fans, Magnaflow, Sonnax kit, tranny cooler, tune.
Lowered, HID's, tinted.

i have also heard that the 98s have a spider gear rear end instead of the worm gears in the 99 and up but im not sure. It doesnt really make a difference anyways because they are both weak
