what is causing this to happen?????
so my driver side window is very slow and when you are lowering the window and it gets about half way down it kind of falls a little then it starts lowering under its own power again very slowly. when you are raising the window it is very slow and once it is up as far as it will got it is still not up all the way. there is like an inch gap at the top because the window won't go up all the way. what is causing this. is it the motor the regulator the track what is it. please reply with sny knowledge you have because I hope to get it fixed tomorrow. THANKS

I don't know much about the window tract, but it sounds like whatever is supporting the window is sagging. Maybe its worn out. But you definately need a new window motor, before it completely goes out on you.

The gears in the motor are stripping out...you need to replace the motor.
