    What is the best way to pull out a 4.3l out of 99 s10

    I have the engine down to a bare block and oil pan and the oil pan is hit the front axle. Is there any way of getting the engine out without removing the whole passenger side a arm and shock and axle? need help asap this is my DD and it seized so dead in water.

    Get under the truck and remove the oil pan while the engine is suspended by the engine hoist, if you have one. That should get you the clearance you need.
