Hmmm yea the body shop did replace my power steering pump. It is brand new but it doesnt make the noise worse or any different if i'm turning, so would that cancel out the p/s pump?

I have turned on my brights and all and while washing my car i do leave the radio on for like a hour and my battery doesnt drain, could it be just the pulley maybe?

What if i try to add wd-40 to each pulley and see if the noise changes? Is this safe?

Yes maybe. But I still suspect something might be wrong there. I've seen a few P/S pump pulleys misaligned and causing noise. The end of the pump shaft should be flush with the boss on the pulley. Tiny bit off and it could cause a noise from the edge of the belt rubbing against the pulley edge.
