    W.O.T throttle cable adjustment?

I just had a data logger show me that my throttle position is only reaching 82% with the gas pedal WOT, but 100% when under the hood at the throttle body moving it by hand to the bump stop. Is there a way to adjust the pedal travel to fix this? It is at 0% when closed so the idle is fine, but WOT is off.

With the car off can you have someone press the gas peddle while looking at the throttle body to see if it is indeed going all the way open or not?

This may sound dumb, but make sure your floor mat is not jammed underneath the pedal, happened to me once.

It is not the floor mat, I checked. I don't understand the spring reply, the cable operates the opening and spring helps for the return/close does it not?
I have the shaner S3 so the bumpstop mod is done and that's why I can get 100% with my hand at the TB. I wonder if there is a bumpstop on the pedal I need to modify? Keep the ideas coming.

    Throttle Body Information:
A 98-99 TB has a brown spring on it and a smaller throttle cam, GM Part# 17113390.

A 2000-2002 TB has a blue spring on it and it has the biggest throttle cam, GM Part# 17113647.

A Truck TB has a orange spring on it and a cam that is close to the 98-99 F-body ones but it's not an exact fit.

In short when looking for swapping throttle bodies from one car to another check the color of the spring.

    Update

I found my problem. The cable goes from the TB back to a kind of coupler in-line. There are 2 other cables and all three go to the bosch cruise module (I guess) near the battery. Anyway my cable was loose in the coupler and was not holding position and flexing/binding. It is a pinch style clamp so after getting it to the right length I tightened it and I now have 0-100% throttle response. I spent a while finding this so I hope it will help others with this issue.
