What do you guys think. MOBIL 1 VS. ROYAL PURPLE. I used to use both but I wanna stick to one. What do you guys sugg.????

Royal Purple is way overrated. From the tests I've seen, its been outperformed by all the other major synthetic oil brands, and yet it costs much more and its marketed as being the best, which simply isn't true.

Most people will reccommend Mobil 1, Valvoline Synpower, German Castrol Syntec, and Amsoil Synthetic.

Valvoline has been advertising lately that their Synpower offers "4x the protection of Mobil 1". I don't know how true it is, but they are claiming thats what they have concluded from laboratory tests.

Ive always used Mobil 1 in everything Ive ever owned. Id say the valvoline is just as good but I'm not sure i believe the x4 better though. i know they are both over priced !

Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF is excellent for the transmission fluid in both automatics and manuals, since they both require ATF.

For the differential, I'd reccommend Mobil 1 Synthetic 75W-90 or Amsoil 75W-90 gear oil.
