    vibration noise?

ok so here is the deal. Since I put the poly motor mounts im getting some engine vibration. Is not bad at all but lately I'm hearing this rattle noise that comes from the dash area. It only happens when I stop the car from motion and I hold the brake. If i put it in neutral or park is gone. If I pull the Ebrake while in gear is gone. If im on park and i move the steering wheel some I can hear but it won't stay long. If i accelerate slightly(like increasing the idle abit) is gone.

I tried to locate it under the dash but i really can't pinpoint the noise. The
1st time I had some noise I reached behind the engine and moved a harness that was against the firewall. that made it stop until now. i check behind the engine again and I cant feel anything rubbing against the firewall.

so did someone experience this rattle/noise when they put their poly mounts? any areas i should check? this noise is really annoying. Thanks.

Possibly a wiring harness vibrating behind the dash. Is the center console loose by any chance?

no, i check the console and its tight. The thing is that when i hear the noise I scan around with my ear and i can hear it behind the dash/engine firewall.

Did you check the oil pressure sender wire? Also, are you running the factory radio?

OK. How long is the wiring behind the radio? That harness could be contacting the HVAC harnesses. Just a thought.
