    vibration issue!!!

    98 camaro z28 a4 ls1

i shifted into reverse a bit too hard this afternoon -accidental hitting the gas too hard and jolted the car.
i now have a vibration in drive when at a dead stop that i can feel and hear. ...its not BAD - but its there, so i am assuming i have broke something, but have no idea what could have broken? the vibration isnt there at all in neutral, park or reverse, just in drive with my foot on the brake. reving the engine in park does not affect the force of or make the vibration more or less, when driving it the vibration is basically gone as far as in can tell. its just when stopped in park.
could it be a mount? - but my understanding was always that if a mount broke id hear CLUNK when hitting the gas.
any help or opinions are greatly appreciated!

    00 Z28 sold :-(

I'm kinda buzzin right now so don't take wjhat i'm saying too serious but I guess it could be ypour u-joints or the driveshaft itself. Could also just be a coincidence with you putting it in reverse and be your exhaust...which has nothing to do with your gear choice obviously.
