    cam ordered yesterday have a heap of other parts on order. shouldn't be much longer. Sadly i've had the car for going on two years i think i'm losing interest in it. i've well over 10,000 in this car!!! sucks.. oh well we live once!

    You're not alone. I put 12k in my last car...then sold it a few years later for $4k. Hopefully when its done you can get at least good couple years of enjoyment out of it. You gotta do what makes you happy and if its a different car then make it happen. Just don't over-extend your wallet. Be smart about it.
    Besides all that, sometimes a break from a car will make you fall in love with it again. It might take a few months or a few years...or even a lot more years.

    i hear you. when i found the car it seemed like a steal. the seller said it needed a little work, which was no big deal. However, it turned into a big deal. Maybe when i get to take for the first drive i'll feel better about everthing i've done to it. I never dreamed of dumping this much money in it... It's not the money that i have in it that bothers me, rather that things at work are rocky. We'll see what happens.

    well.... yes/no. yes he is kinda busy, but i forgot to order the springs.. my bad. they should show up monday and the heads will be off to the machine shop for a cleaning. then..... "fingers crossed" maybe it'll be done really!!!! really!!! soon........... maybe.. sarcastic grin.... :/

    cam, no specs yet
    Ls3 style heads and intake
    edelbrock 90mm tb
    pace setter 1 3/4 headers
    Texas y no cats
    3200 circle d stall with sfi flexplate
    Trans rebuilt with upgrades
    Rear end swapped to 373

    Thats off the top of my head..

    take it with a grain of salt but i was told by the builder that it should be 450ish rwhp. honestly i'm not worried about it because it should be fun either way.
