Turn Signals are all solid lights

I own a 97 Chevy S-10. My turn signals suddenly went solid, front and back. Naturally, I thought changing them would fix the issue, so I changed all of them, front and back. They are still solid when I turn on the blinker. Any ideas what the issue might be? Thanks.

Actually, due to the low level of blinker fluid, the blinker system has shifted slightly into another reality. The lights are actually blinking normally, but due to the slightly shifted time effect between here and there, they appear to be not blinking!
