Tune up ? Mileage went south.

Can someone tell me. What is involved to tune my 01 Ls1? I was getting about 200+ miles before refueling.(13 Gallons) Today it was 133 miles for the same amount of fuel. Car has 45k miles. Installed a slp lid and opened up the mass Air flow sensor when new, (don't remember the brand) mileage was fine. Still drive it like I did before, like I stole it:-) I'm not worried about fuel cost. But I think the performance has dropped also. What do I look for besides plug change.

29mpg Yuma to Phx and Back. Cruise set at 80 sixth gear.... Have not driven it to Phx since I bought the 760li in July.

fuel filter, air filter, maybe clean your injectors... think about your tranny, engine, and rear end oil as well

also clean your throttle body

oils&filters Ok. Will clean injectors and T-body.

Came from factory with it. Every option except traction control. Why pay for somthing my Brain does for free. Plus only get 3 inches of rain a year. No snow.

That is weird, I had no idea you even could do that. Does anyone/websites sell any kits for cruise control to put into my m6?
