Black- 1999 Trans AM
Is a tune needed?
I have 99 TA, wanting to put a full exhaust an cut the cats off. Will this cause me to need a tune?

A good tuner will pull quite a bit of power out of your setup. I wouldn't think of not having it tuned, even if it was stock!
