Torque Specs

Does anyone have a link to that thread with ALL the F-body torque specs in it. I know I've seen such a thing but I've been searching for an hour and I can't seem to get it to come up for me.

I'm about to do headers, rear end cover, and sway bars and having the torque specs would be a big help.
I'm also curious if I should be tightening the header bolts, or even rear end cap bolts in any sort of pattern. (You know, like cross tightening your lug nuts as you go round)

Well, that will sure do it for the engine and tranny....very nice!

Now if I can find something like that for the rest of the car as well, I'll be all set.

that was my link for all the specs.....my ISP jacked around with my web space and I lost it. I think I still have them on disc here somewhere. I'll either try to re-host it or I'll email it to you. ( I'll need your email address). It's in adobe format which makes it a pain to host or I would just throw it up on photobucket.

no problem..... I need to get my list back up. It has all the specs for the most part. I don't remember if it had internal engine torque specs but pretty much everything else is on there.
