    Thermostat help

At what temp does the engine go out of open loop to closed loop? I am having a problem with the converter locking and unlocking intermittently. Just wondering if the converter would unlock if the engine got cool enough to drop back into open loop?

So both values work together to control Open Loop/Closed loop Operation?
Is there other values that can control the tcc switch that may have been modified in the tune. My tuning shop went out of business, and now i am lost.
    Thank you for the help!!!
