temperture again

I'm still having the same problems
i mean i've done them all and the temperture keeps rising when i turn on the a/c.

What problems? What have you done so far? Does it only raise with the a/c on? Are your fans kicking on? When you turn your a/c to max both fans should come on.

i have replaced the fan motors, the fan relays, the water pump, the radiator, the thermostat sensor, the a/c compressore and i had this problem since the old engine.

Are the fans coming on? also i noticed you left out the Rad cap. Have you changed it out?
Got all the air out of the system?

sorry i forgot to tell you guys about them
i mean i replaced the gagge and i have additional digital gagge also showing me the tepm. and replaced the cap with escaping the air from the system.

also i want to ask about the max temp it should reach when the a/c is on in kelvin.

on 226F = 107.8C = 380.9K
off 219F = 103.9C = 377K

fan2
on 234F = 112.2C = 385.4K
off 227F = 108.3C = 381.5K

You also must have the airdam under the nose of the car to force air up into the radiator. It's the thing that always scrapes the ground on driveways.

There was a guy here who had his heater hoses connected incorrectly at the water pump and his car overheated. He had the top hose connected to the bottom fitting and the bottom hose connected to the top fitting.

How old is the thermostat? You could have a clogged radiator. What temp does it go to?

i will check the heater pipes and about the thermostat and the radiator they are new i replaced them two weeks ago.

make sure the radiator hoses arent on backwards! i have done that too!

Check the belt tension. The only thing I can point at is that your condenser fan isnt coming on.

I installed an aftermarket guage and I think it is a result of a change in current flow from the sensor. I turn my AC on and it jumps up 10 - 15 degrees, turn it off and it immediatley goes back dow, It is not the result of the AC itself IMHO.

Cause
The radiator filler neck may have an imperfection in the sealing surface.

Correction

Important
DO NOT REPLACE THE RADIATOR.


Using a piece of 400 grit wet/dry sandpaper backed with a flat piece of wood, polish the filler neck sealing surface using a circular motion.

Replace the radiator pressure cap with a cap of the same part number as shown in the GM Service Parts Catalog.

there ya go,
If you are looing coolant....

btw I paid attention to mine yesterday and it is actually a 20 degree jump the instant I turn the AC switch on. That tells me it is an amperage fluctuation. If you want to see the actual temp turn the AC off and then flip it back on.
