    TCS messed up

Im trying to get my formula ready for winter and i cant get the TCS problem figured out. So when i turn the car on everything is fine. I can turn the system on and off, the light goes on and off. But the second i touch the gas the light comes on and says TCS OFF. i can be in park neutral anything, i think if i even hit the gas before i start it but with the ignition on, it turns off. I can coast down the driveway under the cars own power and the light is off until i touch the pedal.

So what should i check out?

take ur tcs plate off and make sure theres not a broken slp box.... does ur light work on ur tcs button or is it just the dash.. the motor might be brunt out in the tcs its self.

I don't have tcs on my car so I probably shouldn't even chime in here but I'm curious more than anything else and perhaps someone that knows might enlighten the both of us.
On tcs cars isn't there a vacuum assembly that kills the throttle? And is it the same assembly that operates the cruise? The reason I ask is maybe something is up with that assembly. Is your cruise working?

Nothing else lights up, just the TCS OFF light

Have a similar problem. My tcs light goes on and off when it pleases. Sometimes I can go for a drive and nothing happens but sometimes when I start it the light is already off and the tcs off light comes on. I would also like to know where this box is

Could be a dirty little T_S|S behind the tire.

I seriously thought Third Shift Studios and almost called you a dirty man! But I saw the parenthesis so it's all good. But anyways, also check to make sure your ABS is functioning, brakes are good, check valve to the brake booster. TCS defaults to off if there is a problem in the ABS system

pulsating is normal. If you were in my area I'd scan it for you. Best way to know for sure is via a scanner to read for TCS or ABS codes. Half the time you don't know there are any because there's not really a check TCS light only a trac off. You may have to bite the bullet, go to a shop and have them scan it for you to get the issue

Well see thats the thing.. its not throwing any codes.. or are you saying once the TCS OFF comes on its technically throwing a code that i can scan? My buddy has hptuners, could i use that?
