Stripped key lug nut.
Quick opinion question. I got a flat tire and noticed that my key lug nut was stripped. Luckily I got it off without to many issues, but I don't think that will be the case in the future. Should I go to the dealership and get a new key lug nut or should I just go to pepboys and get a regular one? I don't think people are in the habit of stealing stock 02 WS6 rims. What do you guys think?
Thanks for the input.

How Is Your Area? Here Around Detroit I Would Not Take Any Chances Because Wheels And Tires Are A Booming Business.

Like above, depends on your area but on the same token are your just planning on leaving one lug off i doubt someone will steal just one rim. You dont have too goto gm too get a locking lug, you can get one from any parts store or jk yard.

Buy new ones or leave them off. If one is stripped they all will be soon. Not worth the hassle once they get worn.
