Stock Alarm Going Crazy!!
Alright so my car is being a POS today. Whenever I lock my car the horn beeps twice (normal). Then exactly 4 seconds later the alarm will beep twice. It is freakin weird. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.
Thanks in Advance,
Steve

I HAVE THE ANSWER!!! I searched everywhere and no one really gave a good answer. I know plenty of people said they had the honk problem too. Well the problem was water in the shock sensor above the tire jack. I opened it up and the water poured out. I dryed the cirucit board with a hair dryer for like 10 seconds and reinstalled it. Good as New!

Shock sensor was my first thought when I saw your post - but usually it'll set the full alarm off when going bad. If it acts up again disconnect it until you get a new one. How did water get in there?

Did you know you can turn your factory alarm off if you wish to?
first turn the key to the on possition, next pull out radio only fuse (not radio acc. fuse) then push unlock on the door, you will hear a chime. one chime is on, push unlock again, now you hear two chimes, your factory security is temporarily off, put fuse back in and turn key off. Done.
kinda cool.
