steering problem??

i was doing donuts in my camaro. now evry time i drive after that donut daymy steering wheel gets like locked when i go slow my steering gets super stiff but when i hit the gas it turns real easy whats going on is it the pump i got power steering fluid and the it doesnt leak

Pump is shot. Turn-One is the best replacement

Most likely your pump (a bad belt could do it too!). Doesn't sound like the rack. Does the fluid smell burnt?
