Spoiler HElp

Just wondering how to remove the spoiler on a 99 trans am .. I have some strips that I putting on the car, but want the back to look right. I looked and saw some clips on the trunk (inside) cover that you have becarful not to break and see that there are some other clips that you just pull down on???

When I pulled down on them it looked like it was going to break off....

3 bolts on each side and two under the plastic panel on the hatch. To remove the plastic panel you have to pull hard. It is held in with plastic clips. Your fingers will hurt afterwards.
