So replaced my radiator anddd....
I pulled and replaced my radiator in my car today, we got everything in fine past a bit of figgiting with the hoses, after we got it done and everything back in the car i drove it and came back. The car ran fine and did not run hot at all stuck around the 1st and 2nd mark. I turned around and went to drive the car again up the street to put gas in it. Low and behold the engine started to over heat, i high tailed it back to the house and parked the sucker.
After i did and did some calling around i found out there might be air in the system, so i opened the thermostat valve and flushing all the air out, sure enough there was air in the system. I started the car back up and it started to over heat again.
The things ive ruled out so far are the water pump, becasue it is moving the water, the thermostat becasue the return hoses is VERY warm, so it is cycing the water through the system. So finaly i looked at the fans and noticed they arent running at all, even if the car gets close to the top of the temptature gage.
I have run out of ideas and could use some help.
Its a 95 camaro z-28 with a LT1. Anything would be very helpful as to what i should go about doing next.

have you checked the relay's to the fans? Also, are you sure you got everything plugged back in when you put the fans back in?

They (the fans) are connected. I double checked the connectors.
The fans did work before i started the project, We just tried what we were told to try, run the AC and start the car and the fans ran while the car was sitting still with the AC one of them was running really strong and one of them felt kind of weak. My dad and i took the car out and it stayed cool around the 2nd notch for a portion of our drive, then he had me turn the AC off and drive it around a few times, sure enough the car started to over heat again, when we parked the car we tried turning the AC back on to see if the fans would kick on, they didn't come back on when i turned the AC back on. Any ideas?
Edit: i Just went and tryed again with the car cold and no luck, the fans were not moving at allLast edited by 95camaroZNC; 09-13-2008 at 07:00 PM.
