    Slp lid

I got an Slp lid and k&n filter but the lid has the secondary air port and my original lid doesn't have that does it matter?

I found a Chrysler "Master Cylinder Gasket" in the HELP! section at our local Autozone that fits the hole perfectly. It is P/N 42081 and actually does not look too bad installed in the side of the SLP lid.

    Jeff...

Not to thread jack here, but it looks like the OP's question was answered already anyway so it's not really a thread jack I guess.

I see how well your clips to your lid fits into the receiving housing.

Can you post a pic of the front of your lid? You know, the infamous "make sure it's behind the lip" statement.

The SLP Lid seems to fit better with the factory Bellows. I think the SLP Smooth Bellows messes up the lid's fitment.

I agree, that's why my SLP bellows are sitting in a plastic bag out in the garage somewhere. However, my Blackwing SLP lid still does not fit properly.

The 2nd iteration of the SLP lid fits much better than the original design that has the 2-piece lid/neck.

This is probably the best pic I have from the front. It is an SLP lid with the stock Ram Air sticker installed over the logo.

Wire hide mod. I drilled a hole in the back of the wheelhouse and ran the wires underneath. They are still protected by the plastic wheel well cover and it cleans up the look of the engine bay quite a bit. I may have some pics of the process I can post later. It may also be detailed in the stickys here or at installuniversity.com.
