Slight hesitation at half throttle acceleration

I notice this sometimes or it just might be in my head. At half throttle when getting on it I feel like the car is making power and then theres a slight kick as it picks up a little faster. Did this when i picked it up and now even after changing the plugs.

Things I have on the list are:

Plug wires (look original still with 194k km on them)
Fuel filter.

Any common issues that cause a slight hesitation?

Mine did the same thing I changed the plugs wires and gas filter it ended up being plug wires. It's called maintenance lol

good to hear. the plugs are black and still have heat shields etc on them im assuming they are original.

Mine was doing the exact same thing. last weekend I changed the plugs, (NGK-TR55IX), MSD wires, fuel filter and cleaned the throttle body ad MAF. Now I have no hesitation and she responds much better now.
