He believes its the heads but unless my flow charts are lying I think they flow fairly well. He says it should be around 500 at the wheels easy.
well i think the fact that your injectors are maxed fairly early in the rpm range would have to do with that

So obviously I have to get bigger injectors if you get them resized is it still efficient? I been reading that resized injectors never flow as well as ones already made for that size. And I guess 48# would be good enough?

The issues arrise when aftermarket injectors are used for which most of us do not have some of the correct parameters and you get problems with rich decel and some small pulse issues and no known voltage offset values.

Resized oem injectors have worked well for me. Nothing needed but changing the Injector Flow Rate, and that's easy enough.

Sounds like a pretty stout engine. I'd say you need at least 36lb minimum. I went with 48 so I have room to grow.

500rwhp cars typically have 42s I have noticed...do some searching if you aren't sure.

But just so I understand the stock injectors are definitely limiting the car the way it sits with the work it already has done?

id question the tuner as any competent tuner would have noticed the engine was under injected

Well if you are making 450rwhp I would say yes even though you have the better 28.5lb 98's

Google Fuel Injector Connection. They have a house brand called Blue Demon that go for about $250 a set IIRC.

I picked my flow matched Bosch's up out of the classifieds at tech for $225 shipped. They were brand new never used so I saved about $100. I have seen used 30lb SVO Redtops that flow 36lb at our fuel pressure go for $125 all day long over there......
