I would try a claybar and some wax in a small area maybe a paint restorer not sure where you get it but Malco has an awesome product called rejuvinator. I have some I had bought in Hawaii years ago but I need more. It gives your car a glass like shine but there's other stuff out there that does the same I've just never tried it. The older I get it seems the less time I have for stuff like that. Just remember try it on a small area first whatever you use. Good luck getting it sqaured away.

I'd try paint wax "cleaner" first, like Maguiars... its just corse enough to remove light scrapes without removing your paint. But don't you (if that's the factory silver paint) have a clear-coat anyways.....?
