If its a short trip and the streets are plowed its okay. Hell last year I did it on worn out nittos.

They are NOT good in snow by any means... definitely scarey if you get stuck out in a decent storm (ie more than an inch or two). If you have a job you can afford to sit home a few winter days or have access to another vehicle then there you go.

I've had my Z since May of '04. I'm about 30 mi from DFW and we get snow or sleet twice a year maybe. I had to drive on streets that were covered in ice, not snow, I don't have ASR and had cheapo tires on it. It will find a way to slide no matter what, you just have to be ready for it. Like was said earlier, you will have to drive in it next year.
