I believe the one small one is for climate control or vacuum to your HVAC mode switch. The other one I want to say is for the AIR pump. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. I didn't think the T vacuum line from the AIR solenoid was actually attached to the intake though. I also think it couples for the MAP sensor. It's late.

I believe you are correct on the HVAC. I believe the second one that connects to the solenoid on the drivers side that connects to a wire harness went to the AIR.

You might want to take it easy once you get that PCM back into the car. The power might be...more noticeable.

Jon, thanks, a lot of q-tips and shop vac accessories to suck up all the goo that was in the nooks and crannies.
Rich, I am guessing that it will have to be much better than the previous tune that I wasted $400 on. Come to find out that all the previous tune did was advance my max speed from 165 to 200mph... WTF!

I just realized how bad those bolts look next to the lid. Going to have to pull those and clean them up and paint them black!

Got my PCM back from Frost this morning. Threw it in and started the car up. Due to the rain wasn't able to get right out and do a test drive. After running a couple of cycles it leans out and dies. Start over again and same thing...Leans out and dies... So, I jacked the front end up, rolled underneath and for shit's and giggles, replaced the O2 on bank 2... The rain subsided and I waited just long enough to let the roads dry and took it for a drive. Long behold, there's the problem! It did force me into doing the projects I was going to wait to do until this winter. It's always the simple things, isn't it?
Guess we'll move on to other projects with it now! Thanks Frost for helping me get it back on the road! The tightened shift point from 1st to 2nd was so tight compared to the stock that it tool my already ruptured disc in my back and forced it out of my spleen. Then when I mashed the gas at a rolling 30 the ass end came out and let me lay a stretch of 11's down the street. Also noticed that it doesn't dump into over drive between 45-55 causing it to bog down! One word...YES!
Thanks to everyone helping me with troubleshooting!

damn...P0327 code thrown! No pinched wires... Is it possible the exhaust hitting the floor during 1st to 2nd shifts can cause it to be thrown?

I am going to say no, but I guess if it's hitting hard enough possibly
. Have you ensured that all the connections to the PCM are good? Knock sensor wiring is OK? Have you ever replaced it?

I have replaced the factory knock sensors and wiring harness. I kept the LS1 intake and it is not pinched. The factory ones were not in bad shape. No corrosion or oil or anything. They looked like new. I'll check the wiring harness on them again this evening. I just reinstalled the PCM monday night when I got it back from Frost...
